Hotel Reservations

Payment is made directly to the hotel on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Cash as payment. As we are a small hotel we do not room charge – please pay for dining & beverages in our bar area.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers). Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of the booking which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.

For prepaid offers the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual group at the time of booking.

Cash payments are welcome in all of our hotels. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of cash or a preauthorisation on a credit or debit card may be requested, along with photo id. Acceptable identifications include passport or driving license.

We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to our rooms & facilities – this will be charged at current industry rates. Please respect our antique furniture which can be easily stained by heated objects & our strict no smoking policy.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your hotel booking, please contact the hotel 48hrs in advance of your booking. Failure to do so will result in an amount of the booked accommodation being charged to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’). Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owing.

In the event of a guests non-arrival (no-show), an amount equal to the value of the accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’). Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owing.

Promotions and Offers
All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All promotional offers are subject to availability. Should you reserve a promotional rate where a multi-night discount has been applied, should your length of stay be amended, this may impact the price of your booking.

All Glenbeigh Hotel managed promotions are based on 2 People Sharing in a Standard Room. Offer available Sun to Thurs. Weekend supplement applies. Late Checkout until 12pm only. Subject to availability. Excluding Bank Holidays, Festivals, Christmas Period & New Year. Set Menu. Steak & Seafood Supplement applies.

Reservation Details:

Breakfast is served 8.00am – 10.00am daily in our Garden Room on the Ground Floor.

Check out is 11am daily. Should you require a Check Out time after 11.00am please let us know as this can only be facilitated on quiet days. Late Check Out is until 12pm only and is charged at €25 per hour.

Unfortunately we do not provide Room Service for food or beverages.

Infant Travel Cots for infants aged 0-2 years available on request. Extra Floor Beds are available on additional charge of €25 on a per night basis.

Iron & Ironing Boards & Hairdryers are available in your room.

Unfortunately we do not provide in-house laundry services – laundry services are available locally at the Centra Petrol Station in the village.

Infants under 2 years stay free of charge. Cots are available on request but cannot be guaranteed.

Special Instructions:
Any special instructions you have submitted with your booking should relate to your reservation and are likely to be addressed on the day of your arrival. If you have any more pressing requests we would suggest you contact the hotel directly by email or phone.
